ELLCV – English Language Learners, Cabo Verde, was founded in Praia on October 5th, 2015.   The learning center is situated in a residential neighborhood in Praia, Santiago, the capital of the Republic of Cabo Verde. Over the eight years that ELLCV has operated, the education center has expanded its capacity from 20 students to 400 language learners.
