MISSION

The English Language Learners School’s mission is to providethe highest quality English language instructionand programming inCape Verde.  By focusing mainly on the communicative dimension of language, ELLS engages all age groups and all English language skill levels (from beginner to advanced).  ELLS affords an opportunity for everyone to learn the language or improve their knowledge. ELLS uses innovative teaching methods and internationally tested materials such as students’ books, story books and games to inspire learning.  ELLS’s materials are enhanced by the use of technological resources (audiovisual resources, the internet,projectors, etc.) that facilitate andreinforce the content taught.
